Our editorial standard
We research products to help readers evaluate a purchase. We explain potential strengths, limitations and missing information. Commercial relationships do not determine our conclusions.
Sources and evidence
We start with the official product page, current label and publicly available documentation. Where relevant, we consult independent scientific literature and authoritative health resources. We identify manufacturer claims explicitly and evaluate whether independent evidence supports them. Research on an ingredient is not automatically evidence for a finished formula.
What a review covers
Reviews identify the product and manufacturer, ingredient forms and disclosed quantities, claims, evidence limitations, safety information, price, guarantee terms and purchase destination. Unknown details are labeled as unknown. Price and guarantee checks carry their own verification dates.
No invented testing or expertise
We use “reviewed,” “analyzed” and “researched” for desk research. We do not imply physical testing, clinical review or professional credentials we do not have. Any future hands-on testing or qualified expert contribution will be identified accurately.
Authorship and updates
Magnon Silva, Founder & Editor, is responsible for editorial content. Articles show authorship and their last substantive update. Sources and corrections are reviewed when new reliable information becomes available; dates are not refreshed solely to suggest freshness.
Affiliate relationships
Affiliate disclosures appear near commercial content and purchasing links. We do not publish paid praise disguised as an independent review. Readers can choose not to follow our links.
Corrections
We welcome substantiated corrections through the contact channel once it is active. Significant factual corrections should explain what changed. Our product analyses identify their sources and verification limits.
